Nestled in the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, the star-studded Chinese restaurant Hoi King Heen, is celebrated for its exceptional Cantonese cuisine and dim sum. Within a sophisticated setting, it promises a symphony of visual and culinary delights.

Shangri-La Wines, renowned for capturing the unique terroir of Yunnan's high-altitude plateau, has been garnering acclaim on the global stage. This exclusive dinner presents a curated six-course menu, paired with a selection of six Shangri-La wines.

Against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour's breathtaking panorama, guests will embark on a sensory journey where the art of Cantonese cuisine meets the distinctive character of high-altitude viticulture.
